Greetings! You can call me Aster!
I am a digital illustrator based in South America. I specialize in cute, cartoony and simple artworks with a touch of mature content. I create my characters and draw fanarts of my favorite media.I spent almost my whole life drawing, getting inspired by the internet culture, simple styled anime and music. I occasionally like to give meaning to my artworks, but mainly I draw what my imagination screams.I like the Galaxy, stars, the color purple, Vtubers, cute/cozy things, games (especially old ones) and music in general!

• Terms of Service •

Please read each point of the TOS carefully. You must agree with them if you want to request a commission or buy an adoptable.

• Commissions Terms of Service •

✧˖°. General Rules ✧˖°.

  • You MUST be at least 18+ when commissioning me.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission if it makes me uncomfortable.

  • I may simplify your design if it's too complex for me, HOWEVER please make sure if you are okay with that.

✧˖°. Payments ✧˖°.

  • Payments done via VGen, which lists the payment method already.

  • Payments are now done partially. You pay 50% of the price initially then the other 50% is owed before the art is rendered.

  • When it comes to Skeb requests, payment is done full upfront.

  • Additional amounts can occur depending on penalties or extra updates.

✧˖°. Revisions ✧˖°.

  • I will try to update the client almost daily as soon as I can, except for Skeb requests as those are surprise requests.

  • The client is allowed to ask for updates only three times per week

  • In general requests I can only offer 3 updates per step, additional updates might increase the price by 5%.

  • ONLY revisions of small mistakes are allowed. Requests to change the pose and expression (post rendering) are not accepted.

✧˖°. Deadlines & Delivery ✧˖°.

  • Time of delivery might be inconsistent due to how busy I am irl, but I can guarantee that I might not go beyond 3 months of forgetting your request.

  • When the illustration is complete, I will send you a PNG and a Drive File.

  • In case of no deadlines, rushing the artist might result in a 10% increase in the price.

✧˖°. Usage Policy ✧˖°.

  • For now, the commissioned prices are for personal use ONLY.

  • My work may not be used for commercial purposes and merchandising.

  • You are allowed to share your commissioned piece on social media, BUT YOU MUST CREDIT ME FOR THE PIECE.

You are strictly prohibited to:

  • Edit/Alter the artwork without my consent.

  • Claim the artwork as your own

  • Remove my watermarks.

  • Use my artwork to feed on Generative AI.

✧˖°. Intellectual Property Rights✧˖°.

I claim the rights to the produced drawing, meaning that I am allowed to use the copyrighted work to:

  • Promote myself with it.

  • Display and post it elsewhere to my liking (websites, social media, etc.)

✧˖°. Refunds ✧˖°.

  • In general requests, the client can request for a refund ONLY before paying the second half. No refunds can be accepted after the work has been rendered.

  • Refunds are not accepted for Skeb Requests.

  • In case situations related to my life happen and might affect my workflow, I will issue a refund on half the payment done by one day, then the rest will be offered soon after.

  • After refunding, the client will be unable to have access to the files, independent of how unfinished the art is.

  • Simple/Abstract BGs

  • Simple Shaped Characters

I DO NOT DRAW:

  • Heavy NSFW/Explicit Content

  • Heavy Gore

  • Lolisho/Incest Content

  • Real People

  • Ferals

  • Scalies/Bugs

  • Hateful Propaganda

  • Extremely Muscular Characters

  • Complex Backgrounds/Scenarios

  • More than 5 Characters

  • Overly Dynamic Perspectives/Poses

✧˖°. Communication ✧˖°.

  • Better ways to communicate me for the progress is via VGen DMs and Email.

  • Trusted Clients/Mutuals may reach out to me on Discord for progress.

• Adoptables Terms Of Service •

✧˖°. Purchase Policy ✧˖°.

  • I have the right to refuse any offered sales or tradings for any reasons if possible

  • You are allowed to trade or resell the adoptable. HOWEVER, you may NEVER sell it with the bigger amount of money than what you have paid for.

✧˖°. Payments ✧˖°.

  • Payments are 100% upfront.

  • Payments are done via Ko-Fi.

  • I don't do refunds on adoptables!

✧˖°. Ownership ✧˖°.

  • After the payment, you will be given the fullbody PNG and File of the design.

  • Please do not claim the original design as your own! Always credit me for the original designs.

  • You are allowed to make modifications on your adoptable (Redesigns, new outfits, etc.), as long as they look similar to their original designs. (Credits for modifications/redesigns are appreciated but not mandatory.)

  • You are NOT allowed to use the character for hateful propaganda or promotion of bigotry.

  • You DO NOT have permission to use the adoptable to feed on Generative AI, you will be blacklisted if I find out.

✧˖°. Communication/Transferring ✧˖°.

  • If you have a Toyhouse account, please contact me with your profile link so I can transfer ownership of your character.

  • You can reach out to me on Ko-Fi DMs or my social media to link your profile.

  • In case of non Toyhouse users who buy the designs, the profile will be archived and marked with "BUYER HAS NO TOYHOUSE ACC" in their profiles.
